Commercial Office Build-Out
Full interior fit-out for a professional office space in Broward County. Included new MEP rough-in, drywall, ceiling grid, LED lighting, data cabling, and a small kitchenette. Completed in six weeks with zero change orders.
New Construction Custom Home
Ground-up 3,200 sq ft custom residence in Palm Beach Gardens. Managed from site preparation through certificate of occupancy — foundation, framing, impact-resistant roofing, full MEP, and all interior finishes.
Structural Room Addition
Seamless 600 sq ft addition to a Coral Gables residence — new family room and half bathroom. Engineered to match the existing roofline, terrazzo flooring, and stucco finish. Indistinguishable from the original structure.

Interior renovation for a medical office tenant in Boca Raton. Demolition of existing partitions, new MEP for exam rooms, upgraded HVAC, and finish carpentry. Coordinated around active building occupancy.
Residential Plumbing & Electrical
Full re-pipe and electrical panel upgrade for a 1960s Fort Lauderdale home. Replaced galvanized supply lines with PEX, upgraded to 200A service, and brought all wiring to current Florida Building Code.
New Construction Shell
Structural shell for a light-commercial building in Broward County. Included site prep, slab foundation, structural steel framing, roofing, and rough-in of all MEP systems for future tenant finish-out.
